Does a long wait count as disenfranchisement?

Loudmouth in Shippensburg

In Cumberland County, SHIPPENSBURG TWP., 81 WALNUT BOTTOM RD., caller phoned in to report an incident at a polling place involving a microphone. Caller is a guest at a Best Western who earlier today observed someone with a megaphone outside the polling place next to the hotel telling people that they had to form separate lines for McCain and Obama voters. She did not know who was behind the megaphone — whether it was a poll worker or a campaign worker — but she wanted to make a report even though she was not a voter in that precinct.

Lines and frustration at Lincoln University

At LOWER OXFORD E, ELKDALE RD at Lincoln University in Chester County, caller reported that the line at her polling place has been 4-6 hours long all day, and that many voters are simply leaving rather than wait in line. Voter has a young child, and cannot wait in line for that amount of time.
