Precinct 17 polling place at the Lutheran Church, East 4th Street, Bethlehem PA, voter reports waiting one hour and 15 minutes - paper ballots were used and voters were being called by alphabetical order - when voters were getting in front of the line, they were told to go to the back.

The University of Pittsburgh’s central polling place - located at Posvar Hall - has the largest number of registered voters of any precinct in the County, and it is experiencing machine breakdowns with the first wave of voters.

Machines not working, under-staffed polling places, polling staff requiring all voters to show ID (not just new voters, as is the actual requirement) seem to be a common trend. Election Protection field staff is reporting a range of initial voting problems and election protection legal staff is working with County officials to address.

Philadelphia polling place 46/19 GARDEN COURT PLAZA, 4701 PINE ST. is reporting that machines are down - all of them. Pollworkers are refusing to give out provisional ballots because there are not enough available.
