The Black Political Empowerment Project (B-PEP) extends a THANK YOU to Common Cause for organizing the second PA Voter Rights Symposium.  We spent the morning with Secretary of State Pedro Cortes and his staff.  We spent the afternoon with a bi-partisan panel of State Legislators.
