Yikes! What an election
Thanks to all the great efforts from our partners in Election Protection efforts and in getting out the vote among new and traditionally under-performing constituencies. Special respect to all of our partners in the Election Protection Coalition, the Center for Civic Participation’s State Voices network and the Nonprofit Voter Engagement Network. We couldn’t do our work in Pennsylvania without our good partners.

Actually, it was nothing to get too excited about. The Youth vote, so called, wasn’t much bigger; Obama didn’t get any sort of mandate; and it appears that if Republicans had gone to the polls, he might not have been elected. The press was so in the tank for Obama, we appear to have loss all journalistic integrity, what was left, in this election. For all the goofy registration tricks, and the early voting, like golden week in Ohio, it would seem there is still a lot of work to do in teaching Americans how to have free, safe and honest elections.
