In Richboro, Bucks County, at NORTHAMPTON TWP 1, 2ND ST PK & WORTHINGTN MILL RD, a staff supervisor at a residential institution, Gertrude A Barber Ctr, called to report that several of her clients who are eligible to vote are being denied the ability to do so at their polling place. Her clients disabled, some both deaf and blind. Staff are attempting to help clients vote, but polling staff are denying access to voting. Issue seems to be whether clients are competent.
