A caller in Beach Haven, Luzerne County, PA at the polling place on Main Street reports that that her husband applied for absentee ballot in timely fashion, but did not receive it in time to vote.

In addition, caller advised that when caller went to polling place today, equipment was not working in that machine would jump to different selections without caller making those selectios. When caller brought the problem up with election officials, caller was advised that polling place had experienced mechanical problems throughout the day but that they had cleaned the machine and believe it to be working properly.

To top it all off, the caller also said that when caller was trying to vote, election official looked over voter’s shoulder.
