Voting machines down in Altoona
In Blair County, LOGAN TWP DIST 4, 1501 E WALTON AVE, a hotline caller reported that all machines at the polling place were down. The voter asked for an emergency paper ballot, at which the election official said that they didn’t have any. They turned voters away and asked voter to come back in approximately 90 minutes. This happened at 4:30pm. Voter called the country election office and they did not know that the problem existed.
