A PSU voter has reported that at least half of the voters at the precinct are being required to vote a provisional ballot at Centre County Precinct 22-State College. South Central-1 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 850 STRATFORD DR. Legal volunteers are contacting the Division of Elections about this for immediate resolution and legal action if necessary.

UPDATE as of 12:15: Our partners in State College at Sierra Student Coalition have reported to the K of C polling place and confirmed that only 2 voters have had to cast provisional ballots. But they were REALLY mad about it.
